Current Opening: Investment Administrator
Stepp & Rothwell, a fee-only, comprehensive, financial planning and investment advisory firm, is seeking a professional, responsible person to support its financial planning staff. The primary role of the Investment Administrator is to manage all of the transactional duties related to the firm’s investment management including: opening and maintaining client accounts; placing trades; processing deposits, withdrawals, and transfers; answering clients’ account-related questions; and preparing investment performance reports. Additional roles and responsibilities will depend upon the talents of the candidate but may include management of the technology needs of the firm, administrative support, and/or paraplanning functions.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in financial services or related field
- Customer-service related experience
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Financial experience and/or acumen
- Superior problem-solving abilities
- Personal responsibility and accountability
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Charles Schwab as an institutional custodian and/or Portfolio Center investment management software.
