Emily joined Stepp & Rothwell in 2024, bringing her dedication and enthusiasm to our team. She is currently pursuing her goal of becoming a Certified Financial Planner, beginning her journey as a Planning Team Assistant while attending the Personal Financial Planning program at Kansas State University Olathe on a full-time basis.

A committed and diligent professional, Emily takes pride in providing exceptional service to clients and actively contributes to her community. Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, she volunteers with the Community Outreach Ministry at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, serves as a studio volunteer at Miller Marley School of Dance, and is excited to assume the role of Membership Director at Jacomo Sailing Club in 2026.
