Planning Team Assistant

Jacob joined Stepp & Rothwell in May 2025 as a Planning Team Assistant. He is a proud graduate from the University of Missouri–Kansas City, where he earned his Bachelor’s in Finance. During his time at UMKC, Jacob served as the Finance Chair for the B+ Foundation – the nation’s leader in providing financial support to children with cancer and their families. This leadership opportunity sharpened his analytical thinking, attention to detail, and allowed for the ability to manage responsibilities with professionalism and empathy. Jacob brings these skills into his role at Stepp & Rothwell, where he is committed to supporting planners and associates. Jacob has great integrity for his work and has his sights firmly set on advancing through the planner path and becoming a Financial Planning Associate.
