Mallary joined Stepp & Rothwell, Inc. after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Management with an emphasis in Organizational Management from Kansas State University. During her time at the university, she studied abroad in Bilbao, Spain, where she focused on Intercultural Communication and International Strategic Management.
