Meridith joined Stepp & Rothwell, Inc. following a 25-year career in health care. She draws on her experience working directly with patients as well as leading strategic planning initiatives to take a client-focused, holistic and forward-thinking approach to supporting client teams in serving clients.

Meridith holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, from the University of Kansas, and Masters of Business Administration and Health Administration from the University of Iowa.
